LoveGoBuy Warehouse: Know Which Items Are Ready to Leave
The LoveGoBuy warehouse is a stage between purchasing and international shipment.
The LoveGoBuy warehouse is a stage between purchasing and international shipment. When several items are involved, keep their progress separate. One item arriving does not mean that every item has arrived, been checked or been included in a parcel.
Read the status for the particular item
Match the product and option to its order information. An arrival event answers where the item has reached; it does not necessarily answer whether photos or another requested check are ready.
For the colour-block varsity jacket on OG, the next question might be whether the supplied option matches your choice. Keep that question attached to the jacket, not to a general account status or an unrelated item that arrived earlier.
The QC guide explains visible checks. If fit remains uncertain, the size guide helps specify a measurement instead of asking whether the item “looks fine.”
Make a decision for each stored item
Separate items you intend to send from items still awaiting clarification. This is especially useful when you are waiting for another purchase: the earlier arrival may have a different storage deadline.
Do not assume that creating a plan in your spreadsheet changes the platform's item status. Check the actual order or parcel record after making a request. A note saying “send with jacket” is your intention, not confirmation that the contents have been combined.
Check storage timing before waiting longer
A LoveGoBuy help capture dated 10 September 2026 described a 60-day period beginning from stored status. It also warned about abandonment and destruction when no parcel delivery order or feedback was provided. That historical wording should not be used as a current deadline for your item without checking the applicable terms.
Find the storage date and any deadline shown for each item. Ask about the available action before the deadline if you need more time. Do not presume that an unanswered message automatically extends storage, or that storage is free for any particular period.
Keep any response about an extension with the item concerned. A response about one order need not apply to every other item in the account.
Decide what packing you need
When arranging onward shipment, confirm which items are included and what packaging should remain. Keeping or removing packaging may affect protection, weight and dimensions. Make the choice for a reason rather than assuming that the smallest possible parcel is always preferable.
Use the shipping guide to compare the resulting parcel. Estimates made before a packing change may no longer describe what will be sent.
If an item is unresolved, ask how it can remain separate from those ready to leave. Do not infer that a parcel request will exclude it simply because you mentioned a concern elsewhere.
Do not guess a receiving or return address
An internal warehouse label is not necessarily an address you can use for a separate shipment. For forwarding or a return, obtain the current instructions for that specific action, including any required reference. Do not use an address copied from a comment or an old parcel label.
This guide does not supply a verified current receiving address. The useful next step is to obtain the instructions tied to your transaction before sending anything.
Warehouse questions
Does stored mean shipped internationally?
No. Check whether an onward parcel has been prepared and handed over. The tracking guide separates a parcel identifier from carrier movement.
Can all items share the same storage countdown?
Do not assume so. Check their individual stored dates and applicable deadlines, especially when purchases arrive on different days.
Should I wait for every item before arranging shipping?
Compare the timing, unresolved questions and parcel costs. Waiting may be convenient, but it is not automatically the best choice for every stored item.
