When LoveGoBuy warehouse photos arrive, compare them with the item you asked for—not simply with your memory of an attractive listing. Start by matching the product and selected option. Then examine the detail that could change whether you want to ship it.

Make the first check about identity

Open the order beside the photographs. Compare the colour, design and label where visible. If you ordered several similar pieces, establish which image set belongs to which item before judging a mismatch.

A close-up can be useful but difficult to place. Keep an overall view with it so you can understand where the detail sits. If a photo does not clearly belong to the item in question, ask for clarification before using it to make a decision.

Understand the inspection's scope

LoveGoBuy's inspection help page captured on 10 September 2026 described appearance checks and distinguished the size on a label from actual garment dimensions. It also stated that electronic products were not powered on for inspection. This dated description is a reason to ask what a check covers; it is not confirmation of the current service terms or the outcome for your item.

For clothing, a visible label can help establish the supplied option. It cannot tell you whether the chest or sleeve measurement meets your needs. For electronics, an exterior image cannot establish that the device functions.

Choose a photo request that can answer the concern

Ask whether additional photos or measurements are available and what they cost before assuming they are included. There is no need to request many angles that do not address your actual concern.

Apply the check to a specific choice

Consider the colour-block varsity jacket on OG. If you chose it for the contrasting sleeves and chest patch, visible photos can help compare those details with the selected offer. If you chose it to wear over a thick top, a general front view will not settle the fit question.

Use the size guide to identify the measurement you need. Do not treat the jacket listing as a sample of an inspected purchase: it is a product destination, not an example warehouse result.

Keep three possible decisions open

You may have enough information to proceed, need a clearer answer, or want to reconsider the item. A missing view belongs in the second group—not automatically in the first or third.

If something appears wrong, describe the specific difference and ask about the available remedy before requesting international shipment. Check the applicable return conditions and timing for your order. A visible issue does not itself establish eligibility for a free return.
