LoveGoBuy troubleshooting: find the failed step before repeating it

When a page will not load, first note what you were doing immediately beforehand.

When a page will not load, first note what you were doing immediately beforehand. Opening a product, signing in and submitting a payment have different consequences. A blank screen does not identify the cause, and the same retry is not appropriate for every action.

Before changing anything, preserve your place

Keep the relevant product or order reference, the time and the exact message. If you were filling in a form, preserve the non-sensitive details you will need before navigating away. Do not copy passwords or payment codes into a public note or screenshot.

Ask one question first: did you only request information, or did you submit an action that could change an order or payment? For an uncertain submission, check the result before repeating it. The payment failure guide covers that case separately.

A single product does not open

Compare the saved destination with the page you reached. A copied link may lead to a different offer or contain an incomplete address. If other pages work, that observation narrows your report but does not prove the product was removed.

Do not substitute a similar-looking listing without checking its options. For example, the textured crewneck sweater on OG is one specific product reference, not a replacement for any sweater whose link fails. Check the title and selected variant before continuing a purchase elsewhere.

The spreadsheet links guide explains how to keep the intended offer identifiable when moving between pages. If the destination still cannot be read, retain it for clarification rather than treating a guessed alternative as the same item.

Several pages fail before you sign in

Note whether the problem affects one service or unrelated pages as well. If you can compare another trusted access route, keep the action simple and avoid submitting a purchase merely to test connectivity. A working page in one interface can help describe the difference; it does not establish a permanent fix in the other.

Record the browser or app and any visible warning. Do not dismiss a security warning or install a replacement program sent by a stranger just to get past the error. The download guide discusses source checks for installers.

Avoid starting with deletion of all application data. First preserve the references and access information you need. A reset is not evidence that an account-side issue or changed product destination will be resolved.

Sign-in loops or the account looks empty

Check which account you used for the purchase. An empty view alone does not establish that order records were deleted. Compare the account identity with your existing correspondence and use the recovery route actually offered if access is the problem.

The login guide separates a rejected password, a missing code and an unexpected account view. Do not create another paid order simply because you cannot currently see the earlier one.

A button appears to do nothing

Identify the action the button was meant to perform. If it merely opens information, record the page and whether anything changed. If it confirms an order, payment or shipment request, check the relevant record before pressing it again.

An animation that continues indefinitely does not tell you whether a submission reached the service. Likewise, a confirmation message should be matched to the intended order rather than assumed to apply to all items. The order-status guide helps locate the correct record.

Give support a reproducible description

Describe the starting page, the action, the expected result and what appeared instead. Include the time and relevant reference privately. If the issue occurs only after following a saved link, mention that distinction. If it occurs both ways, say so without guessing why.

Use the support guide to keep the report focused. After any suggested change, test the original action carefully and check its actual result. A page reopening does not prove that a previous transaction was corrected.

Troubleshooting questions

Should I keep refreshing until the page works?

First consider what was submitted. Preserve your place and clarify any transaction result before repeating an action. Refreshing is not a diagnosis.

Does a failed image mean the product is unavailable?

Not by itself. A missing image and an unavailable offer are different observations.

Is this a list of tested fixes for the current app?

No. These steps help identify and describe the failed stage; they do not establish a tested fix for a particular version.

What if the page works again?

Confirm the intended product or order and any previous submission. Do not assume all earlier results changed merely because the page now displays.
