LoveGoBuy payment failed: check the first attempt before paying again
A failed-looking payment screen is not enough to tell you what happened to the money.
A failed-looking payment screen is not enough to tell you what happened to the money. Start with the payment record and the LoveGoBuy order or balance you intended to change. If those records disagree, resolve the first attempt before creating another one.
Write down what you were trying to pay
Was this a product order, a balance addition or a parcel payment? Record the amount, currency and time. Then identify the order or account action it belongs to. Without that distinction, a successful balance addition can be mistaken for a completed product purchase, or a product payment for international shipping.
For a saved item such as the colorblock varsity jacket on OG, the product page is only your shopping reference. It is not evidence that LoveGoBuy received payment, reserved the selected size or arranged delivery. Keep the actual transaction separate from that reference.
Match the visible payment state to the order
If the payment provider shows a pending entry, read its description before calling it either a completed charge or a failure. For example, PayPal's help distinguishes a pending authorization from payment collected by the seller. That is a provider-specific example, not confirmation that PayPal is available for your LoveGoBuy transaction. Other methods can use different labels.
If a provider shows completion but the intended order still appears unpaid, retain both references and ask support to reconcile them. Do not assume a second payment will repair the missing connection.
If the provider shows a decline, follow its explanation or contact the issuer for details. Do not guess that the platform, your card limit or a particular country caused it. Also check whether any earlier attempt remains unresolved before trying another method.
If you see no recognizable entry, confirm that you are checking the account and method used for that attempt. A blank checkout page does not settle the question on its own.
Send a focused support request
Use the verified account support route. A useful report says what you attempted, the amount and currency, the time, the relevant order reference and the exact statuses on each side. You can describe the mismatch plainly: “The provider shows completion, but this order still shows unpaid.” Avoid substituting a guessed technical diagnosis for the visible result.
Keep passwords, full card details and one-time codes out of the report. Share transaction references privately, not in a public community post. If you attach screenshots, remove unrelated balances, personal addresses and other purchases. The support guide explains how to keep one issue traceable through follow-up replies.
Do not turn an uncertain result into several transactions
Repeated submissions make it harder to distinguish which attempt succeeded. Before retrying, seek a clear result for the earlier payment and check the instructions for the actual method. There is no universal waiting time established here for LoveGoBuy payments, authorization releases or refunds.
An unsolicited message offering to “unlock” the transaction is not a reason to transfer money elsewhere. Verify any payment instruction through the channel you already trust. If you cannot access the purchasing account, use the account recovery guide rather than creating another account and repeating the order.
Check the outcome, not just the reply
When support responds, distinguish an acknowledgement from a correction. Check whether the intended order or balance now reflects the payment. If the answer refers to a refund, establish where it is being returned and whether it is requested, approved or completed. The returns guide covers those separate stages.
Once the discrepancy is resolved, return to the payment overview to check which costs your next action covers. Keep the resolution reference until you can match it with the transaction concerned.
Common payment-error questions
Should I switch methods immediately?
First clarify whether the earlier attempt can still complete. A different method does not cancel or explain an existing transaction.
Is a pending entry proof I was charged twice?
Not by itself. Ask the provider to clarify the entries and compare their references before concluding that two completed payments exist.
Does a support reply mean the order is paid?
Check what the reply confirms and the order result. A reply acknowledging your message is not payment confirmation.
Should I share my verification code with support?
No. Keep login and payment codes private. Describe the problem without handing another person the means to authorize an action.
