LoveGoBuy Checkout Options: Review the Current Total
Review LoveGoBuy checkout options in the current account, including currency, conversion, order amount, added charges, refund terms and transaction records.
Available LoveGoBuy checkout options can depend on region, account, currency and the current transaction. The checkout shown in your LoveGoBuy account is the place to see which options apply.
Separate product price from checkout
The catalog can show a CNY product price and USD comparison. The checkout may also show currency conversion or other charges. Read every line and compare the selected item and SKU before paying.
Protect the payment step
Check the destination, keep payment inside LoveGoBuy and do not follow private instructions to send money elsewhere. Read the cancellation, return and refund terms that apply to the transaction, then keep the order and payment records.

Separate the amounts before payment
LoveGoBuy checkout can involve several values that appear at different moments. Start with the item price and selected SKU. Then identify domestic delivery, payment-option charges, the currency displayed, any accepted reduction and optional services. International shipping belongs to the later parcel stage unless the current screen explicitly says otherwise.
Create a one-line record of each visible component. This is more useful than saving only the final number because it shows which component changed when a payment option, currency or SKU is switched. If a price range appeared on the product page, make sure the chosen SKU—not the lowest value in the range—is the one carried into checkout.
Compare currencies carefully
A CNY product amount and a card statement in another currency are not directly interchangeable. The account may show a converted amount, while the payment provider can apply its own rate or charge. Read the currency beside every amount, compare the amount immediately before confirmation and check the completed transaction record afterward.
Do not calculate a future parcel charge from the product checkout conversion. Packed weight, dimensions, route availability and destination rules are still unknown at the item-order stage. Keeping the two stages separate prevents a low item price from being mistaken for a low delivered cost.
Confirm the order identity
Before payment, compare the Item ID, selected visual option, size, quantity and displayed item amount with the product decision you made. Return to the product record if a visual choice or size is unclear. The checkout page should not be used to guess which thumbnail belongs to which option.
After payment, keep the transaction record and order number. When the item reaches the warehouse, connect that order number to the warehouse entry and QC photos. Later, connect the parcel identifier to the tracking number. These separate identifiers make a support question much easier to route.
Handle a mismatch without compounding it
If the final amount changes unexpectedly, stop before confirmation. Check whether the SKU, quantity, currency, payment option or reduction changed. When an account balance or refund does not behave as expected, use the current support route and describe the amount, date, order number and last completed step. Remove full card details, passwords and one-time codes from anything you share.
